Alice Sizemore

Alice Sizemore, age 92 of Brookville, Ohio formerly of Leslie County passed away Sunday July 23, 2017 in Dayton, Ohio. She is the daughter of the late Bill and Ivory Barger Wilder born in Leslie County on May 25th, 1925. She was a homemaker who enjoyed her grandchildren, gardening and working in her flowers.
Alice was preceded in death by her late husband Charlie Sizemore and daughter Brenda Sizemore. Survivors include two sons, Seldon (Anna) Sizemore, of Indiana Carl E. (Karen) Sizemore of Hyden, Kentucky. Three daughters Alene Hill of Brooksville, Ohio, Christine (Denver) Hinkle of Clay County, Kentucky, Charlotte (Frank) Collett of Hyden, Kentucky. One brother Estill (Lona) Wilder of Indiana, and 32 Grandchildren, 46 Great Grandchildren, and 29 Great Great Grandchildren. Along with a host of Nieces and Nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted in the chapel of the Wolfe and Sons Funeral Home on Wednesday at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Tiler Shields officiating. Burial will follow in the Laurel Fork Cemetery at Hyden, Kentucky. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 am Wednesday until the funeral hour.
