Derek Tyler Ashley, still born to Brittany Griffith and Randall Darrell Ashley on Sunday, October 09, 2016 at the Hazard A.R.H. Medical Center. In addition to his parents, he is survived by Paternal grandparents, Darrell Ashley (Pam) and Carla Morris (James), both of Sassafras, KY; maternal grandparents, Gary Griffith of Wooton, KY and Leslie Griffith of Hazard, KY; maternal great-grandmother, Linda Fields of Hazard, KY; uncles and aunt, Shawn Griffith of Wooton, KY, Jason Griffith of Hazard, KY, Dustin Ashley of Sassafras, KY and Ava Jones of Sassafras, KY.

Graveside services will be held at 12 Noon, Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at the Riverside Cemetery at Hazard, KY with burial to follow. Chris Fugate will be the officiating minister.
