Audy Lynn Collett

Audy Lynn Collett was born January 19, 1975 to the union of the late Tinsley and Janet Collett.

Audy departed this life on Monday August 5, 2025 at the age of 50 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky.

He leaves behind three brothers Russell Collett of Essie, KY, Timmy Wagers of Essie, KY, and Clayton Barrett of Hyden, KY, one sister Shonda Collett of Hyden, KY, one niece Addison Lewis, and one nephew Byron Collett.

In addition to his parents, Audy was preceded in death by his loving wife Reba.

The funeral service to commemorate Audy's life will be held at 12p.m. Friday, August 08, 2025 at Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Roger Wolfe officiating.

Friends and family may gather for visitation from 11a.m. until the service hour at 12p.m. at Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home.

Arrangements are being handled carefully under the direction of Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home
