Billy Ross Bailey

Billy Ross Bailey, age 73 husband of Leta Shell Bailey of Hoskinston, Kentucky passed away Saturday at the Mary Breckinridge A.R.H Hospital. He was born February 07, 1944 the son of the late Otis Bailey and Ruby Bowling Bailey. He worked as a coal miner and truck driver until retirement. Billy enjoyed fishing, camping, NASCAR, and watching western movies.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Nancy Bailey Crawford, and three brothers Paul, Elige, and John Bailey. Survivors include his devoted wife Leta Bailey, son Paul and wife Marlene Bailey of Hyden, Kentucky, one daughter Rhonda Leddington and husband Eugene of Stinnett, Kentucky. Also one granddaughter Ashley Nicole (Ben) Hacker of Hyden, Ky one grandson Lucas Leddington of Stinnett, Ky. ; step grandchildren Jesalyn and Casey Maggard. Anda great grandchild Bentley Reese Hacker on the way.
Funeral services for Billy Bailey will be conducted Tuesday August 08, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of the Wolfe and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Roger Wolfe officiating. Burial will follow in the Shell Cemetery at Hoskinston, Kentucky. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00-9:00 P.M. on Monday.
