Bobby Asher

Mr. Bobby Asher of Asher, Kentucky was born In Leslie County to the union of the late Robert Boyd Asher and the late Elizabeth Begley Asher on April 06, 1937.  Bobby was a Leslie County native and by occupation, Bobby was a log truck driver and well rounded mechanic. He was affiliated with the New Hope Community Church at Warbranch, Kentucky.  He enjoyed spending time with his nephews, especially little Roger. Bobby departed this walk of life on Wednesday, April 08, 2020 at the Hyden Health & Rehab. He was 83 years old.

Bobby leaves behind one brother, Roger Asher & Vonda of Asher, KY, and one sister, Edna Sue Mellons & Mark of Kingsport, TN.  A host of special nieces and nephews also survive his passing.

Private Services will be held for Mr. Bobby Asher.  Interment will follow at the Asher Family Cemetery at Asher, KY.

Arrangements are being handled carefully under the direction of Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home.
