Dallas "Bird Dog" Bowling, age 54 of Bear branch, KY, passed away May 09, 2012 at the Hazard ARH Medical Center. He was born April 12, 1958 in Clay County, KY to the union of the late Ernest and Ella Collins Bowling. He was a life long resident of Leslie County and by occupation he was a coal miner. He enjoyed hunting as a hobby. He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers: Kenneth and Dennis; Sister: Christine and one grandson: Tanner Kendall Wayne Sizemore.Mr. Dallas Bowling leaves the following relatives to mourn his passing: His loving wife: Janice Woods Bowling; Two sons: Bill Bentley & Evelyn and Dustin Bowling of Vicco, KY; Eight daughters: Patsy Smith & Jamie Barger of Bear Branch, KY, Pansy Jones & Robert of Bear Branch, KY, Tammy Osborne & David of London, KY, Crystal Sizemore & Joey of Bear Branch, KY, Justine Shackelford & Josh of London, KY, Natanza Collins & Brandon of Bear Branch, KY, Felisha Gannacone & Tony of Maryland and Cortney Bowling of Richmond, KY. Three brothers: Roland & Wilma of Clay County, KY, Vernon & Bernice and Roger & Marshall, both of London, KY; Two sisters: Earnestine Wooton of Wooton, KY and Billie Sue Harris & Ernie of London, KY; Special friends: Darrell Collins, Bobby Woods and Harold Smith. 13 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends also survive his passing.
