Dixie Gibson, 53, passed away on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at the Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY.
Dixie was born September 28, 1969 to the union of the late Virgil and Francis Gibson.
Dixie loved everything, “Hello Kitty”.
She is survived by two brothers, Andy & Harry Gibson, special sister, Marilyn Eastridge, special caregivers, Mary Perry, Callie Maggard and Marilyn White. Her special family at BLAST. She was loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
The funeral service for Dixie will be held at 3p.m. – Wednesday at the Vicco Baptist Church.
Interment will follow the services at the Slone – Green Cemetery at Vicco, KY. Friends will serve as pallbearers.
Family and friends may gather for visitation from 1:30p.m. – 3p.m. Wednesday at the church.
Arrangements are being handled carefully under the direction of Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home.
