Ellirose Sophia Foreman

Infant Ellirose Sophia Foreman, daughter of Aaron Foreman and Ami Hoskins of Slemp, Ky passed away at the Hazard A.R.H. Medical Center.

She is survived by her parents; maternal grandparents Russell & Carla Hoskins of Wooton, Ky; paternal grandparents James & Tammy Wilson of Helton, Ky and Stanley Simpson & Carol Smith; siblings Matthew Wilson, Annalise Wilson, Kinsleigh Davidson, and Porche Davis.

Also surviving are six uncles, Zack Smith (Liz), Jake Smith (Sarah), James M. Wilson (Jennifer), Devan Wilson, Russell W. Hoskins and Thomas Martin (Mandi); three aunts Ashley Bramble, Alexandra Davis (Brycen), and Tia Karnes (Richard); great aunt Tammy Lynch (Alvie).

Ellirose is preceded in death by two uncles Mikey Martin & Timothy Foreman.

Funeral services will be concluded on Thursday at 1p.m. at the Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home Chapel with Ted Brock officiating.

The family will receive friends on Thursday from 11a.m. until the funeral hour at 1p.m. at the funeral home.

Interment will follow the services in the Skeens cemetery at Wooton, Ky.
