Felix Lewis

Mr. Felix Lewis was born March 06, 1940 in Leslie County, Kentucky to the union of the late Jack & Bessie Kilburn Lewis.  He was a Leslie County native and by occupation he was a coal miner.  He was affilated with the Full Gospel Church of Jesus Christ at Smilax.  Felix departed this walk of life on April 12, 2020 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center.  He was 80 years old.

In addition to his parents, Felix was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Elva Griffith Lewis; brothers, Eugene, Martin, Richard, Lincoln and Bill Lewis; sisters, Jettie, Emily and Mint.

Felix leaves behind, three beloved children, Homer Lewis & Debbie of Richmond, KY, Ricky Lewis & Beverly of Smilax, KY and Rose Baker & Donald of Smilax, KY; two brothers, Jerry Lewis & Jackie and Ralph Lewis & Judy, both of Smilax, KY; one sister, Polly Lewis of Hazard, KY; five cherished grandchildren, Brittany Madden & Will, Evan Lewis & Brandy, Tiffany Sizemore & Kyle, Sabrina Baker, Elias Mullins; three great-grandchildren, Aubrey Lewis, Gunner Sizemore and Carlee Brewer.

Private visitation will be held at Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home, followed by a private graveside and interment at the Full Gospel Church of Jesus Christ Cemetery at Smilax, KY.

Arrangements are being handled carefully under the direction of Wolfe & Sons  Funeral Home.
