Felsie Couch was born September 01, 1942, in Oneida, KY to the union of the late Burley and Maggie Burns Sizemore. She attended and graduated from the Oneida Baptist Institute, Oneida, KY. In her former years, she worked in the housekeeping department at the Mary Breckinridge Hospital in Hyden. She was a member of the Rockhouse Pentecostal Church and was a beloved homemaker. Felsie loved flowers and raising tomato plants. Every year she looked forward to putting out her tomatoes. She enjoyed music, especially bluegrass and gospel. She loved family gatherings and cherished the time spent with her family. Felsie always found peace and relaxation sitting on her porch and enjoyed the beauty of the outdoors. If there was a drink to be had, it would be a Dr. Pepper, Felsie’s favorite! Nothing went better with a Dr. Pepper than a meal from KY Fried Chicken. Above all, she loved her family.
