Geraldine Morgan Campbell

Geraldine Morgan Campbell, 90 of Hazard, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2016 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Medical Center. She was born February 04, 1926 in Hyden, Kentucky to the union of the late Robert and Elva Mosley Morgan. Geraldine was united in marriage to her beloved husband, Denver C. Campbell in 1948. She had been a long-time resident of Hazard, Kentucky and served as the Program Director for the Perry County Senior Citizens for 26 years. In addition to her parents, Geraldine is preceded in death by her husband, Denver C. Campbell; one daughter, Linda Sparkman and one brother, Robert Morgan.

Survivors include, two cherished daughters, Virginia McCombs & husband, Charlie of Louisville, Kentucky and Maxi Reynolds & husband, Tim of Hazard, Kentucky; one brother, Harold Morgan of Melbourne, FL; one sister, Virginia Asher of Florida; a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends survive.

A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, September 24, 2016 at the First Baptist Church of Wooton with Pete Youmans officiating. Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until the service hour at the church.
