Gregory "Greg" Clark Caldwell, 52, of London, Kentucky, former life-long resident of Leslie County, passed away on July 9, 2026. Born on March 18, 1974, in Beverly, Kentucky.

Gregory was a devoted son to his parents, Gregory Caldwell and Catherine Shaffer, and a loving brother to his sister, Dena Caldwell. He is also survived by a beloved son, Joseph James Dean Zeo.

Gregory made his living in the coal industry, dedicating many years as a coal miner. His career was characterized by commitment to the industry in his time working for B & W Resources. His colleagues and friends in the mining community remember Gregory as someone who gave his all, whose integrity and work ethic were unwavering.

Other than his work, Greg especially enjoyed riding motorcycles, feeling the wind and the freedom that came with every ride. Gaming provided him a source of relaxation, while music filled his days with rhythm and joy. The companionship and care he shared with his two treasured yorkies, "Mean Machine" and "Me maw," was another testament to his nurturing nature.
