Hazel Jones

Mrs. Hazel Couch Jones, age 57 of Mazie Road, Keavy, KY departed this walk of life on July 03, 2014 at her residence. Hazel was born December 23, 1956 in Leslie County, KY to the union of the late John Couch and the late Martha Sizemore Couch. Hazel was of the Holiness faith and was devoted member of the Lily Holiness Church. By occupation, Hazel was employed by Hearthside Food Solutions. Other than her parents, Hazel is preceded in death by one brother: Gillie "Bucker" Couch; one sister: Zuba Couch Drury; two half brothers: Tester and Manuel Couch. Hazel leaves surviving, her loving & devoted husband, Alton Jones of Keavy, KY; two sons: Terry Hoskins (Jennifer) of Lily, KY and Kyle Douglas Holland (Misty) of Keavy, KY; one step-son: Lynn Jones of Corbin, KY; one daughter: Zuba Holland (Billy) of Bear Branch, KY; two step-daughters: Christy Jones of Wooton, KY and Maranda Howard of Corbin, KY; one brother: Jerry Couch (Shirley) of Hyden, KY; four sisters: Annie Sizemore (Bobby) of Hyden, KY, Easter Lewis of Keavy, KY, Linda Colleen Collins (Charles) of Hyden, KY and Debbie Boggs (Glenn) of Smilax, KY; five cherished grandchildren: Kyle, Kayla, Austin, Kealy and Savanna; three great-grandchildren: Braden, Madison and Preston; five step-grandchildren, three step-great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends also survive her passing. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, July 06, 2014 at the Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home with Ryan Osborne, Kevin Napier, and John Carter officiating. Burial will follow the services at the Couch's Fork Cemetery at Hyden, KY. The family will receive friends for visitation from 6:00 until 9:00 P.M. on Saturday, and 12:00 Noon until 9:00 P.M. Sunday. Pallbearers: Ricky Sizemore, Johnny Couch, Mearl Sharp, Bucker Sizemore, Lynn Jones, Austin Holland, and Billy Holland.
