J ackie Caldwell of Yeaddiss, Kentucky was born October 31, 1975 in Harlan, Kentucky to the union of the late Charles and Anna L. Adams Caldwell.  Jackie was a homemaker had been a life-long resident of Leslie County.   Jackie enjoyed going to the beach, sewing, and doing crafts with her great niece and nephews.  Above all, she enjoyed spending time with her family and caring for her dog, Daisy.   Jackie departed this walk of life on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at her residence, she was 42 years old.

In addition to her parents, Jackie was preceded in death by her sister, Joyce Lewis Pennington.

Jackie leaves behind the following relatives,  two beloved sisters, Willa Burnette & husband, Wayne of Tazwell, TN, and Donna Wells & husband, Clyde of Yeaddiss, KY;  niece and nephew, Stacy Hall & wife, Julie, and April Brock & husband, Randy, both of Yeaddiss, KY;  great-nieces & great-nephews, Tayton Smith, Randall Brock, Hope Brock, and Keelin Hall, all of Yeaddiss, KY;  three very special friends, Danielle Johnson (adopted cabbage patch kid), Kathy Day Gibson, and Amy Day.  A host of other family and friends also survive.

Arrangements are being handled under the direction of Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home
