John Fee was born December 02, 1960 in Beverly, Kentucky, a son of the late Arlee and Daisy Woods Fee. John passed from this life at his home on the morning of October 02, 2026.
John's life was marked by hard work, and dedication to his family. He retired from working many years as a mechanical rigger. He took pride in his job and worked hard to provide a good life for his family. He was united in marriage to Dawn Cronk on July 26, 2003
An avid motorcycle enthusiast, John liked riding motorcycles with his friends, feeling the wind and the freedom of the road. While motorcycles were something he really enjoyed, gardening, collecting guns & knives, and watching the UK Wildcats were some of his favorite hobbies. Above all, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his children Kenny & Brandy Brickman, one brother James Fee, one nephew Ian Fee, and mother-in-law Christine Cronk.
Left to mourn his passing is his wife, Dawn; Three sons - AJ Fee (Ada) of Hyden, KY, Jason Collins (Kay) of Sarasota, FL, and Adam Collins (Deana) of Bradenton, FL; Two daughters - Shelly White (Ron) of Tipp City, OH, and Stephanie Brickman; Three brothers - Roscoe Fee of Benton, IL, David Fee (Monique) of Hyden, KY, Eddie Fee (Missy) of Hyden, KY, and Earnest Fee; Three sisters - Marlene Banks (Melvin) of Hyden, KY, Carol Fee (Curt Holland) of Hyden, KY, and Mary Lee Fields of Havana, FL; twenty five grandchildren and six great grandchildren; his father-in-law - Richard Cronk of Hyden, KY; As well as special friends - Hamblin & Shirley Napier, Paul Turner, Kevin Wilson, Herman Dale Wilson, Dylan Couch, Dewey Helton, Wade Napier, and Roger Smith.
The funeral service to commemorate the life of John Fee will be held at 10a.m. - Thursday, October 8th, 2026 at Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home with Ricky Smith and Kevin Wilson officiating.
Interment will follow in the Woods Cemetery at Thousandsticks, KY with Adam Collins, Jason Collins, AJ Fee, Ryan Fee, Dylan Couch and Austin Lowe serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Wade Napier, Hamblin Napier, Herman Dale Wilson, and Paul Turner.
Friends and family may gather for visitation from 6p.m. until 9p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home chapel.
Arrangements are being handled carefully under the direction of Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home.
