Mr. Joseph Eugene Collins, born January 14, 1980 in Leslie County, KY to the union of Betty Brown Collins and the late Eugene Collins, Jr. He departed this life on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, KY. He was 30 years, 1 month and 27 days of age. He was residing at 60 Morning Glory Lane at the time of his death. He had been a resident of Leslie County for the past 6 years and was a former resident of Big Creek, KY. By occupation he was a Mechanic. He enjoyed: working on vehicles, fishing, camping, fourwheeling and spending time with his family. Mr. Joseph Eugene Collins leaves the following relatives surviving: His loving mother: Betty Brown Collins of Hamilton, OH; His Fianc`e: Charlotte Brock of Stinnett, KY; Two daughters: Christy Jo Collins and Bethany Ann Collins both of Manchester, KY; Two brothers: Andrew Collins of Hamilton, OH and Daniel Brown of Garrad, KY. Two sisters: Rachel Brown and Christina Bush both of Hamilton, OH. A host of other relatives and friends also survive. He is preceded in death by his father: Jimmy brown; Maternal grandparents: Joe and Bessie Reid and one Brother: Jimmy Brown.
