Kizzie Joseph

Kizzie Joseph, age 76 of Yeaddiss, Kentucky, departed this walk of life on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at the Hyden Health & Rehab. Kizzie was born September 19, 1938 in Leslie County, Kentucky to the union of the late Willie and Tilda Griffie Joseph. She was a life long resident of Leslie County and a member of the Big Fork Church of God at Yeaddiss, KY. Kizzie enjoyed flowers, going to church and talking with friends on the telephone. Other than her parents, Kizzie is preceded in death by four brothers: Arthur, Richmond, Charlie and Dennis; two sisters: Becky and Clercie; two nephews: Willie Keith and Elvis.

Kizzie is survived by one brother: Clemmie Joseph (Francis) of Yeaddiss, KY; two sisters: Martha Joseph of Yeaddiss, KY and Pauline Pennington of Hyden, KY; special cousin and friend, Elva Lewis; eleven nieces & nephews, sixteen great-nieces & nephews and eight great-great nieces & nephews; A host of other family and friends also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon, Saturday, May 02, 2015 at the Big Fork Church of God with Micheal Joseph, Billy D. Roberts and Hobert Couch officiating. Burial will follow in the Willie Joseph Cemetery at Yeaddiss, KY. The family will receive friends for visitation after 1:00 P.M., Friday, May 01, 2015 at the church.
