Laurena Duff

Laurena Duff, 70, of Lexington, KY, departed this life on April 13, 2026, in Lexington, KY. Laurena was born December 11, 1955, in Hyden, KY to the union of the late Odell and Millie Caudill Wells.

Laurena was a dedicated clerk at London City Drug before retiring. In her free time, Laurena enjoyed yard selling, browsing thrift shops, and fishing.

Laurena is survived by one son, Jason Duff of Richmond, KY; one daughter, Ronda Duff Sizemore of Lexington, KY; two brothers, Ken Wells (Merlene) of Smilax, KY and Gary Wells of Smilax, KY; three sisters, Betty Webb of Smilax, KY, Charlene Daughtery of Smilax, KY and Irene Fugate (David) of Smilax, KY; three grandchildren, Reanna Duff, Austin Sizemore and JT Sizemore.

In addition to her parents, Laurena is preceded in death by her husband Ronnie Duff; one brother, Jerry Wells; and one son-in-law, Jimmie Sizemore.

The funeral service to commemorate the life of Laurena Duff will be held at 2p.m. Friday, April 17, 2026, at Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home in Hyden, KY with Rev. Roger Wolfe officiating.

Friends and family may gather for visitation from 1p.m. until the service hour at 2p.m. on Friday, April 17, 2026, at Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home.
