Linda S. Morgan

Linda S. Morgan, of Flat Lick, KY, departed this life on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at the age of 50. She was born January 11, 1966 in Leslie County, KY, the daughter of the late James K. and Margaret Ruth Couch. She was a life long resident of Leslie County with the exception of living in Flat Lick, KY for the past two years. Linda was a former Certified Nursing Assistant. She was a happy person, full of life and loved to laugh and have a good time. Her personality was huge and would light up the room when she walked in. She enjoyed fishing, gardening and most importantly, spending time with her family. Other than her parents, Linda is preceded in death by two sisters, Tammy Couch and Nadine Wilder; maternal grandparents who raised her, Howard and Ethel Wilder.

Linda is survived by, one son, Joshua William Morgan of Flat Lick, KY; three sisters, Lorine Carmack (Eddie) of Yeaddiss, KY, Marlene Bailey (Paul) of Hyden, KY and Jamie Michelle Couch of TN; special aunt, Wanda Asher; special cousin, Carol Perkins; A host of nieces, nephews, other cherished family and friends also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, March 23, 2016 in the chapel of the Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Wilder Cemetery at Hyden, KY. The family will receive friends for visitation from 5:00 - 9:00 P.M., Tuesday evening at the funeral home chapel.
