Mr. Charlie Adams

Mr. Charlie Adams of Wendover Road, Hyden, Ky passed away on Tuesday, February 05, 2013 at his residence at the age of 59 years. Charlie was born March 04, 1953 in Leslie County, KY to the union of the late Reuben and Eva Hoskins Adams. He was a life long resident of Leslie County. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends. Charlie is preceded in death by: his parents: Reuben and Eva Hoskins Adams; brothers: Leonard, Matt, William, Elmer and Carl; sisters: Marie Young, Juanita Bowling, Roberta Haggard and Della Roberts. Mr. Charlie Adams leaves surviving the following relatives: Mother of his children: Charry Adams of Hyden, KY; 1 son: Shannon Adams of Hyden, KY; 1 daughter: Michelle Adams of Hyden, KY; 2 brothers: Owen "Goofy" Adams (Shirley) of Hyden, KY and Albert Adams of Big Creek, KY; 3 sisters: Pearlie Morgan of Hyden, KY, Martha Patton (Howard) of Lexington, KY and Florence Barger (Harold) of Hyden, KY; 2 grandchildren: Brooklyn Rene Phipps and Samantha Nichole Adams; A host of other family and friends also survive his passing. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. - Saturday, February 09, 2013 from the chapel of the Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home with Henry Clay Robinson and Roger Wolfe officiating. Burial will follow in the Singleton Cemetery at Wendover. The family will receive friends for visitation from 2:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. - Friday, February 08, 2013 at the funeral home chapel.
