Mr. Roy Bruce Collins

Roy Bruce Collins, age 62 of Big Creek, Kentucky passed away on Friday December 20, 2013 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was the son of the late Roy Collins and the late Pauline Collins. He was born September 18, 1951, in Leslie County, Kentucky. He was a retired truck driver, and served in the United States Marines, as well as the United States Army. Roy Bruce Collins is survived by: three sons: Roy Joesph Burns, of Florida, Shawn Burns, and Brian Burns, both of London, Kentucky. Four brothers: Billy Ray Collins of Covington, Kentucky, Larry Collins of Big Creek, Kentucky and one half brother: Clyde Collins of Hyden, Kentucky. Two sisters: Wanda Collins of Covington, Kentucky and one half sister: Shelby Jean Hoskins of Indiana. Eight grandchildren. Finance': Betty Vaughn and special friend: Ken Hartel. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive his passing. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a half brother: Frank Ivy and half sister: Burnette Rice. Funeral Services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Friday in the Wolfe and Sons Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Eugene "Friday" Roberts, and Rev. Logan Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in the Roberts Cemetery at Stinnett, Kentucky. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from Noon to 2:00 P.M. Friday December 27, 2013. The family entrusted Wolfe and Sons Funeral Home to handle all the arrangements.
