Mrs. Edna Mae Collier

Mrs. Edna Mae Collier age 85 of Hyden, KY passed at her residence on Thursday, October 22, 2009. Born January 05, 1924 to the union of James F. Stevens and Margie Hall Stevens. She was a homemaker and enjoyed: Shopping, Dancing, Gospel and Blue Grass Music. She was a resident of Combs, KY for the past 26 Years before moving to Leslie County 2 Years ago. She is preceded in death by her parents; Her husband: Eulysses Collier; One son: Lynnwood Collier and One sister: Juanita Stevens. Edna Mae leaves the following surviving: Two Sons: Robert and Carl Collier; One Daughter: Madelyn Elliott; One Brother: Karl Stephens. 12 Grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren, other relatives and friends also survive. Graveside services for Edna Mae Collier will be conducted at 2:00 PM Monday, Oct. 26, 2009 from the Cedarville Cemetery in Cedarville, OH. The family entrusted Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home of Hyden, KY to carefully handle the arrangements.
