Mrs. Martha Couch

Martha Couch, born August 06, 1947 in Perry County, KY to the union of the late Dalton Cornett and the late Lizzie Shepherd Cornett. She departed this life on Friday, September 17, 2010 at the Hazard ARH Medical Center. She was 63 years of age and was residing at 20 Store Lane, Slemp, KY at the time of her death. She was a life long resident of Slemp, KY. She was a homemaker and enjoyed going to church, yard work, gardening and spending time with family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents. Martha leaves the following relatives surviving: Husband: Arnold Couch of Slemp, KY. Brother: Bobby Ray Cornett (Barbara) of Cornettsville, KY. Sister: Josephine Cornett of Cornettsville, KY. Niece: Sudie Caudill of Slemp, KY, nephew: Randall Coots, great niece: Samantha Lawson (Jason) and great nephew: David Caudill (Natasha).
