Mrs. Shirley M. Fouts

Mrs. Shirley M. Fouts was born September 03, 1936 in Leslie County, KY to the union of the late Isaac Maggard and the late Della Lewis Maggard. She departed this life on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital at the age of 75 years. Shirley was a life long resident of Leslie County with the exception of living in Arizona and Tazwell, TN for a short time. Shirley was of the Pentecostal faith and was a homemaker. She enjoyed sewing and cooking. Shirley is preceded in death by her parents; one daughter: Imogene Smith; two brothers: Clifton and Bill Maggard; two sisters: Betty Browning and Cleda Vernon. Mrs. Shirley M. Fouts leaves the following relatives surviving: Her loving and devoted husband: Johnny Fouts of Hyden, KY; two brothers: Omer Maggard and wife, Mary of Smilax, KY and Jimmy Wayne Maggard and wife, Vicky of Stamping Ground, KY; two sisters: Betty Vires of Arizona and Lela Money of Tazwell, TN; special nieces: Christine Mitchell and husband, David and Betty Lewis; One grandson: Jason Smith and one great-grandson: Jayden Smith; A host of other family and friends also survive.
