Patsy Lemons, aged 73, of Manchester, Kentucky departed this walk of life on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at her residence.  Patsy was born August 07, 1953 in Corpus Christi, TX to the late Max Lewis Fullingim, and the late Pauline Watkins.

Patsy was a waitress by occupation, working a longtime at the Front Porch.  She was a kind and caring person, always willing to help others.  In addition to working as a waitress, she also worked as a caretaker, and cleaning homes.  

Aside from work, Patsy had a love for gardening, and flower gardening.  She was a seasoned baker, and was well known for her delicious chocolate and butterscotch pies.

Left to cherish her memory is her four cherished sisters - Diane Gray of London, KY, Linda Napier of Manchester, Hettie Feltner of Manchester, and Juanita Napier of Paducah, KY.  A special aunt - Cassie Begley and a special uncle - Thurman Gibson.  

A memorial service to celebrate Patsy's life will be held at 2p.m. - Sunday, September 20, 2026 at Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home.

A memorial gathering will take place from 1p.m. until the service hour at 2p.m..
