Rev. Bobby Couch

Rev. Bobby Wayne "BobDoc" Couch of Hyden, Kentucky, departed this earthly life on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at the Mary Breckinridge A.R.H at the age of 61 years, 06 months and 01 day. Bobby was born August 17, 1954 in Hyden, Kentucky to the union of Beatrice Couch and the late Cornelouis Couch. Bobby was united in marriage to his loving and devoted wife, Vicki on May 26, 1973 in Newport, Kentucky. Bobby was the pastor of the Burning Springs Church of God at Manchester, Kentucky where he presided until his death. Bobby was a talented musician and banjo player. He enjoyed playing music, fishing and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Bobby is preceded in death by his father, Cornelouis Couch, brother, Eddie Dean Couch, paternal grandparents, Ray R. and Georga Sizemore Couch and maternal grandparents, Bert and Annie Howard Couch.

Rev. Bobby Wayne Couch leaves surviving, his beloved mother, Beatrice "Bea" Couch; his loving and devoted wife, Vicki Couch; two sons, Rev. Ted Anthony Couch & wife, April and Thomas Cornelouis Couch & wife, Tina; three daughters, Rebecca Jo McQueen & husband, Dwayne, Marlene Henson & husband, Charles and Bobbi Woods & husband, Randy; two brothers, Kenny Couch & wife, Teresa and Jerry Couch & wife, Martha; two sisters, Brenda Hoskins & husband, Paul, Melissa Farmer & husband, Billy; twelve cherished grandchildren, Kaitlyn Bowling, Robert Bowling, Madison Couch, Taylor Couch, Emily Henson, MaKenna Couch, Josiah Sparks, Tori Couch, Jeremiah Sparks, Montana Couch, McKade Couch and Jase McQueen; one great-grandchild, Rylee Jean Bowling.

Funeral services will be held for Rev. Bobby Wayne Couch at 1:00 P.M., Monday, February 22, 2016 at the Rockhouse Pentecostal Church with Rev. Ted Couch (Son), Rev. Ray Napier, Rev. Eric Richardson and Rev. Roger Wolfe officiating. Burial will follow in the Jack Napier Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. Sunday evening at the Rockhouse Pentecostal Church.
