Samuel Hollins, 49 of Hazard departed this life on Thursday, November 18, 2018 at the Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky.  He was born October 09, 1969 in Hazard, Kentucky to the union of the late Earl and Gracie Fields Hollins.  He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and helping feed the homeless.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by, his wife, Pam Burkhead Hollins; brother,  William Hollins;  sister, Dorothy Campbell and a nephew, Danny Ray Webb.

Survivors include, a son, Dustin Lawson of Hazard, KY; a daughter, Andrea Hollins (Rudy Stacy)of Hazard, KY; five brothers, D.J. Hollins (Nancy) of Knott Co., Marvin Hollins (Sandra Kay) of Busy, KY, Matthew Hollins of Jackson, KY, Kirby Hollins (Lydia) of Richland, VA, and Isaac Hollins (Glenda) of Wooton, KY;  two grandchildren, Nora and Noah Stacy.
