Sean Hobbs

Mr. Sean Hobbs age 30 of Lebanon, Indiana, formally of Essie, KY departed this life on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 in Lebanon, IN. He was born November 11, 1982 in Whitley County, KY, the son of Helen Collett Shepherd and the late Carl Lewis Hobbs. By occupation, he was a heavy equipment operator. He is preceded in death by his father: Carl Lewis Hobbs. Mr. Sean Hobbs leaves surviving the following relatives: His beloved mother and step-father: Helen and J.R. Shepherd of Essie, KY; 1-son: Sean Waylon of Hohenwald, TN; 2-daughters: McKenzie Leigh Hobbs of Thousandsticks, KY and Lacy Jean Hobbs of Barbourville, KY; 5-brothers: Michael Shepherd, Marty Shepherd, both of Essie, KY, Mitchell Hobbs of Florida, Wesley Shepherd of Corbin, KY and Kevin Hobbs of London, KY; 4-sisters: Dinah Hobbs of Florida, Carla Hobbs of Maine, Anita Shepherd and Brenna Wilson both of Warbranch, KY; A host of other family and friends also survive his passing. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. - Saturday, July 27, 2013 from the Bowen's Creek United Baptist Church at Essie, KY with Carl Brown, Charlie Murphy and Roger Wolfe officiating. Burial will follow in the Collett Cemetery at Essie, KY. The family will receive friends for visitation after 6:00 P.M. - Friday, July 26, 2013 at the church.
