Vivian Lewis

Mrs. Vivian "Viv" Lewis, age 58 of Big Rock Road, Yeaddiss, KY departed this life on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at the Hazard A.R.H.. She was born in Hazard, KY to the union of the late Aurther and Lula Mae Wells. Vivian was a homemaker and enjoyed quilting and spending time with her family. She had great faith in the Lord. She enjoyed life to the fullest and her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren. Other than her parents, Vivian is preceded in death by her brothers, Jerry and Woodrow; her sister: Sue Ann Adams. Vivian leaves surviving her loving and devoted husband: Homer Lewis of Yeaddiss, KY; three sons: Johnny Ray Clark of Viper, KY, David Allen Clark (Brandia) of Sassafras, KY an Timothy Dwayne Clark of Hyden, KY; one daughter: Kathleen Turner (Steve) of Lexington, KY; four brothers: William Harold Turner, Willard Lee Turner (Ima Jean), Lester Turner (Julie) and Robert Turner (Zonie); one sister: Ruth Wells (William); eleven grandchildren; a host of other family and friends also survive her passing. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, April 19, 2014 at the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ at Yeaddiss, KY with Rev. Don Kilburn officiating. Burial will follow at the Seven Pines Cemetery at McKee, KY. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 10:00 P.M., Friday, April 18, 2014 at the church.
