Buffie D. (Barrand) Noe

Buffie D. Noe, 55, of Corbin, KY departed this life on Monday, February 20, 2023 at the Baptist Health in Corbin, KY.  Buffie was born November 21, 1967 in Michigan to the late Irvin Wilson Barrand and the late Deloris Ann Zimmerman Barrand.   Buffie was a homemaker and enjoyed babysitting.

In addition to her parents, Buffie was preceded in death by one sister, Kay Barrand.,and late husband Roy Johnson Sr.

Buffie leaves surviving three sons, Karl Barrand, Warren P. Barrand, both of Ft. Wayne, IN and Roy J. Johnson, Jr. of KY.  One daughter, Joyce Morgan (Chris Cornett) of Yeaddiss, KY, three brothers, Walter, Carl and Frank Barrand, all of Ft. Wayne, IN.  Three sisters, Doris Chaney of FL, Sherry Barrand of Ft. Wayne, IN and Amy Barrand of FL.  Ten cherished grandchildren, Reshell Morgan, Kaylee Morgan, Haylee Morgan, Jessie Morgan, Briar Morgan, Christian Perez, Ava Barrand, Serenity Barrand, and Ripley Barrand. Step Father Warren Shannon.  She is also survived by her Asplundh family, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

A service for Buffie D. Noe will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are being handled carefully under the direction of Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home.
