Owner / Executive Vice President / Funeral Director & Embalmer

Kyle Wolfe, growing up under his father’s footsteps, was inspired to become a servant to his community. From a young child, his dream of becoming a Funeral Director and Embalmer has been a priority. Wanting not just to be a Funeral Director and Embalmer, but to serve his “own people”, the people of the community where he was raised and grew up. This dream is now a reality.

Kyle began working in the business in high school and immediately after graduation served his apprenticeship. He then attended the Mid-American College of Funeral Service in Jeffersonville, Indiana.

While attending college, Kyle was elected and served as class president. He was also awarded the most distinguished award at the college, “The Pierce Award”. The award is given to the student who meets the following criteria: one who represents the funeral service well; who has personal neatness and integrity; who has professionalism; that is likely to be the most successful in the funeral service; and class fellowship. This award was started by the founder of the school many years ago.

Shortly after graduating and becoming a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer, Kyle accomplished his lifelong dream of what is now called Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home. Kyle is the Executive Vice President of the funeral home and is President & Owner of  Wolfe Monument Service. He is married to Brittany Osborne Wolfe; they have one daughter, Presley Wolfe and one son, Benjamin.  Kyle serves on the Funeral Directors Association of Kentucky Board, serving as the Southeast District Director.
